How can I pay for my Futureusa.com purchase?

We use GoogleCheckout to accept major credit cards as below.

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover Network
  • American Express

We can also accept company check, money order, or certified check for payment.  However, it will take longer to ship your order since we ship your order after the payment is clear from the bank.  (1-2 weeks)


No Purchase Orders, Fax or C.O.D. orders will be accepted. We do not currently accept international credit cards.

Why does Futureusa.com need to verify my shipping address?

For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify your shipping address. The reason we do this is to ensure that both you and us are protected from fraudulent activities. Someone may get your credit card informatoin and your billing address (from your trash can for example) and ship an order to anywhere in the US. Only you, as the cardholder, can add an alternate address on file with the bank and/or credit card company; this keeps our fraud rate down and gives you more peace of mind knowing you are purchasing/shopping with a company who has your best interests in mind.

Please contact the bank that issued your credit card and have your shipping address listed as an alternate address in that bank's memo field. Please note this only takes 5 minutes and you will never have to do it again once this is completed. Please also make sure your credit card issuer bank's phone number is correctly listed in your Futureusa.com account information.

Is the Futureusa website secure? What security features are in place to safeguard my information?

Security is a top priority at Futureusa. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.   Specially, your credit card information is handled by Google Checkout, the leading online payment processing company, you can have a peace of mind when shopping with us.

Does Futureusa.com charge sales tax?

We charges 7% sales tax to New Jersey Residents only.

Why was my credit/debit card be declined when I know for certain that I have the funds available? How do I resubmit my order?

A credit card charge can be declined due to an incorrectly-entered credit card number or expiration date, a daily limit, insufficient credit or other reasons. If the information you submitted was correct, then the reason could be that your bank or credit card company simply did not authorize us to charge the card.

Step 1: Please re-enter your credit card information and/or to update or change your payment method. You will then receive a 'real time' authorization for the charge of your credit card.

Step 2: If your credit card is still declined, please contact your credit card company as soon as possible and let them know you placed an order with Futureusa, and find out why they would not authorize us to charge your card.

After they have confirmed it is ok for us to re-authorize the payment, go back to step 1 and resubmit your order.

Does Futureusa.com offer any type of Reseller or dealer discount program?

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a reseller or discount program available at this time. Futureusa.com currently already negotiates the best possible prices for you and offers these great prices to all of our customers through our website. Anytime we receive any specials or promotions, we immediately post them on our website for you to take advantage of.

May I pay using a check or a money order?

You can place an order and pay by check or money order by sending email to sales@futureusa.com.  You need to include your shipping address and what you want to order and the quantity you want.  You will then be instructed on how to proceed with your order. Basically, you'll have to write the order number on your check, print your confirmation, wrap the check or money order in it and send it to the address you will receive in the email.

We must receive your payment within 7 days of the day you placed your order, or your order will be cancelled.

Do I have any alternatives to adding my billing/ shipping address on file with my bank?

You have the option to pay using a Pre-paid Company Check, Personal Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order (Note: All Prepaid Orders, including Cashier's Checks, take longer to process because they must first be cleared with the bank)
