Returns Policy

Futureusa.com offer 14 days return policy for products we sell.  After 14 days of invoice date, Futureusa.com cannot accept any returns nor offer replacement, exchanges or credit for any products under manufacturer's warranty including DOA merchandise. All support as well as exchanges or replacements for defective items must be handled directly with the product manufacturer.

Defective Merchandise Returns:
Unless otherwise specified, we will gladly accept exchanges on defective products within 14 days of the original invoice date. Futureusa shall have sole discretion to the credit method. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement unit,
exchange or repair the item and return it back to you.

Non‐Defective Merchandise Returns:
All Non‐Defective returns within 14 days from the invoice date are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refund will be issued at Futureusa's sole
discretion within 14 days from the merchandise receiving date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and the original shipping charge
will not be refunded. After 14 days from the invoice date, we are unable to take returns.

* ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED AND TESTED UPON RECEIPT. All products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in
original packaging. A return will not be processed, or a restocking fee may apply in the event any items included in the original shipment to you
is not present in the returned package. Items sent for return consideration will be immediately denied and Futureusa's return policy will not be
honored in the event that a return shipment is received by us improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged.

To start the return procedure
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Three Simple Steps for Return

Step 1: Check Your Return

All products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in its original packaging.  All packing materials, manuals, CDs, cables, and other accessories must be included in the original packaging.  A return will not be processed, or a restocking fee may be charged in the event any item(s) included in the original shipment to you is not present in the returned package.  Items sent for return consideration will be denied and Planet73.com’s return policy will not be honored in the event that a return shipment is received by us improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged.  ALL RETURNS WILL BE INSPECTED AND TESTED UPON RECEIPT. 

Step 2: Complete Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form

Login to your Futureusa.com account and click on "My Account" then "Complete Orders"  Find the order that you want to return and click on "Return Item" button to start the return process.  Wait for RMA number via email within 2-3 business days.  Returns will not be accepted at our facility without a valid RMA number.  RMA numbers will expire after 14 days.  Any return we receive without an RMA number will be returned back to you at your expense.

Step 3:  After receiving RMA, Ship and Insure your return.

* We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package you are returning.  This is for your protection, in the event the package is lost or damaged while in transit.  We also suggest that you use a traceable carrier that can provide you with a tracking number or proof of delivery.  Shipping charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non-refundable.  Please write down the RMA number outside of the package you are returning.
