How do I return an item?
In regard to your return request, we regret that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Futureusa.com
You may create a return request (RMA) online using the form below. Enter your order information and click "Submit" Button at the bottom of the screen to create your RMA. After the form below is submitted and authorized, you will receive an email that gives you an RMA Return Shipping Address in which to ship your returned item(s). The RMA number must be included on the outside label of your shipping box. If you have any questions regarding return issue please email to warranty@futureusa.com
Products must be returned in the original packaging. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. RMAs are valid for only 30 days from issuance. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Futureusa.com. If you return Product to Futureusa.com without a RMA number or (ii) beyond the 30 day period, or (iii) without proper packaging, Futureusa.com retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee.
Once the items are received back, the credit will be processed to your original credit card or other method of payments and will appear on your statement in 1 to 2 billing cycles.
To return a product for replacement, please submit the completed form below and allow 2 business days for us to issue an RMA.
Return Policy: Futureusa.com's return policy allows for Products purchased directly from Futureusa.com to be returned by you after obtaining a Futureusa.com return authorization number (RMA) during the 14 days period following date of shipment by Futureusa.com for a refund of purchase price actually paid for products minus shipping charge. Shipping charges are non refundable. If item was opened, there will be 15% restocking fee on return for refund. We will not issue a refund on any CD, DVD, or other consumable products that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). If you have received damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify Customer Service within 48 hours using below form. This is because we have to notify carrier for the problem as quickly as possible due to insurance claim purpose.
