Warranty and Return Policy
Items purchased from Futureusa.com may be returned or exchanged within 14 Days from date of receiving merchandise. Non defective returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer must pay for shipping for any return items to Futureusa.com. Shipping charges are non refundable. This amount will be deducted from the amount of your refund. After 14 days from date of receiving the merchandise customers must contact manufacturers for warranty service. We do not take returns after 14 days.
Items purchased from Futureusa.com are exchangeable for a replacement of the same model on defective items only within 14 Days from date of receiving. If the same model is not available at the time of exchange Futureusa.com will offer customer with a similar or upgraded model for replacement. Returns for refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable. All returns or exchanges missing or with damage to the original box may be refused or may be subject to a minimum of 10% penalty fee. (i.e. missing/damaged UPC barcodes, missing/damaged manuals, missing/damaged warranties, tape on the manufacturer's box, missing/damaged interior cardboard box, etc.) Ship all returns using a traceable shipping method and a separate shipping box. Customer must pay for shipping charges for any return packages to Futureusa.com. Futureusa.com is not liable in any way for returned packages that were lost or damaged during shipment. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is required for any returns to Futureusa.com. Return packages without RMA# will be refused. To obtain a RMA# please complete the RMA form. We will get back to you within 2 business day.

Limitation of Liability
futureusa.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if futureusa.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a futureusa.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, futureusa.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. futureusa.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, futureusa.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by futureusa.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
